Steven Richardson is the knowledgeable and dedicated co-founder and CTO of Ace Cyber Solutions, bringing 20 years of corporate IT experience. Skillful yet approachable, Steven is the calm, focused counterbalance to his visionary co-founder. His technical expertise and methodical nature ensure successful execution of complex projects.

Hardworking and humble, Steven believes in leading by example. He works tirelessly to mentor his team and help them develop their skills. Steven's depth of knowledge spans IT infrastructure, networks, programming, and cybersecurity.

After graduating Indiana State University with B.S. in Computer Science, Steven rapidly rose through the ranks at prominent corporations based on his talent and determination. He gained well-rounded experience in security operations, risk assessment, infrastructure management, and leading large corporate IT projects. Steven keeps his skills sharp by continuously learning and testing new technologies.

At Ace, Steven oversees all technical operations, security implementations, and service delivery. He tackles each challenge with patience and logic, providing pragmatic solutions. Steven lends his real-world knowledge to designing customized security programs for clients. His high standards and no-nonsense approach ensure optimal protection. Clients trust Steven's experience and expertise to secure their critical systems and data.

Steven spends his free time with his wife Laken and their 4 children outdoors, engaging in new adventures and metal detecting.

Results-driven entrepreneur with over 14 years of experience launching and scaling businesses in the retail, e-commerce, and events sectors. Co-founded and currently serves as CEO of Ace Cyber Solutions, leading business development and growth strategy.

A natural-born leader, Laken brings infectious optimism and courage to every endeavor. Her perseverance and grit were instrumental in her entrepreneurial journey.

Laken’s relentless work ethic and passion fueled her entrepreneurial pursuits, from scaling a handcrafted Etsy shop to nimbly pivoting during COVID-19 to launch inventive new ventures. Her enthusiasm empowers those around her while her analytical mind uncovers creative business opportunities.

As CEO, Laken sets the vision and strategy for Ace Cyber while mentoring her team. She won the 2021 Launch P@d pitch competition through charisma and sharp business acumen. Laken fosters an uplifting culture where effort is rewarded with growth. Her ambition, natural curiosity, and zeal for learning drive Ace’s continued success.

Laken believes caring for her team, customers and community is integral to achievement. She serves on numerous boards and committees to give back and build connections.
